Hello,
My name is Chris, a certified golf fitness expert through the Titleist Performance Institute. Your job is to play golf, My job is to keep you playing golf as long as possible.
How does the program work?
We first complete a Golf fitness Assessment. What was once available to the top PGA and LPGA touring professionals is now available to you. You are placed through a complete array of tests usually reserved for the best players in the world. This evaluation will identify your physical deficits, however small.
Your range of motion, strength, balance and flexibility are tested extensively. Once the evaluation is completed, you will have a better understanding of the physical limitations which are directly affecting your golf swing.
By assessing a “total picture” of your body, then I will recommend a program to help you optimize your performance.

With over 30 years in the golf and fitness industry, Chris Ownbey brings unparalleled expertise to Golf Fitness Dallas. His background includes success as a bodybuilder, mixed martial arts competitor, and state powerlifting champion.
Chris is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (levels 1 and 2), the American Council on Exercise, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
